Prayse Swim's identity is a delicate combination of minimalistic yet bold features, inspired by the female form and tantalizing nature of the ocean. My job was to take these concepts and design a logo and collateral that embodied the female-empowering swimwear brand that is Prayse Swim.

To embody the delicate nature and femininity of this brand, I developed logo concepts around sea shells, the female figure, and floral designs. Stylistically, I went for simple line drawings to bring out these concepts. I incorporated sea shells into floral arrangements, intertwining the two to connect feminine with delicacy. The strong typeface Optima in all caps portrays the sophistication and boldness of the brand, while the contrasting Juniper and Sage typeface brings out the playful, confident, feminine touch Prayse embodies. The accents of pastel hues in pink, yellow, blue, and orange portray a light and airy feel reminiscent of a sunny and breezy ocean landscape, tying back to Prayse Swim's roots - San Diego, California.
